A recent phone conversation between Lily, who will be 5 years old tomorrow, and her Mama.
Mama: What do you want for your birthday?
Lily: I don't know.
Gup: Why not go to the store together and pick.....?
Lily:.....yeah, mom, how bout we go and I will pick out all the things I would like and put them in the cart and then when we get to the front to pay, you can pick out the thing YOU want to give me!!
I was blown away by this!
