So in order for me to be honest to myself, I have to blog this picture of myself....I plan to print one out and put it on the fridge. I have always had weight trouble, but years of depression have left me a beached whale! I even have the super bright white skin to give me the bleached look.
I think you are beautiful! Hang your best picture on the fridge, not one that makes you sad. That way each time you look at it you will be reminded that you like feeling that way! Thinking positive is sooo much more healing than negative. You ARE WORTH IT!
ReplyDeleteI don't read your blog because of how you look. I read your blog because you're YOU. Bright, witty, sarcastic, and have a great sense of humor.
ReplyDeleteI am morbidly obese. It's something I think about every day. I try to make each day a little better than the day before.
Dh, dd & I have started on another weight loss journey today. I figure as long as we keep trying, we're good.
And you too. You're good. Keep trying babe!
I have a "fat" picture on my fridge to. Every time I see it I'm reminded not to go back there. The best of luck to you.

This picture of you is the best advertisement for a smile being the best accessory.
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting. I think of you as witty, charming with the unique ability to laugh at yourself.
You're the first one to create fun or join in if it's something that strikes your fancy. And all of that together, makes you quite the beauty.
You also have a LOT on your plate. Taking care of your Mom, your children, your grandchildren -- I imagine it's next to impossible to take time out for you. I always admire your dedication to posting and it seems like this blog is a bit of a haven for yourself.
Just want you to know that I'm along for the journey whereever you decide to take us. I just know you should never never never give up.
