The men in the family, plus a neighbor, started working on our roof. First there was "wasp removal"...you notice I took the picture from INSIDE the house???
This involved spray's of a variety of materials.....a shop-vac....ladders....and girlie sounding screams....
There was a sunset too....
and working on the roof when the wasps were quiet for the night....
*side note...the tomato plants that reside under that plastic are doing fantastic! fresh tom's are the best!!!*
So, finally the day arrived with roofing stuff....
...and a boom that conveyor'd the shingle packs up to the roof!!
And a guy to unload them...other than my guys. Those guys are still up on the roof, so pix of that later...
Now to fiber related stuff....I finally got some inspiration, and started a new wallie.
Trains, mountains, rivers, lakes, trees, lava rocks...am trying to squeeze it all in. It is constantly changing, no stitches have been taken yet.
Ben's latest tatt is a tree....we are very tree oriented in this family.
Lily sat still while I did this....
The perfect tomato....
Steph hasn't turned into College Girl just yet...She went on another adventure with 2 good friends! They camped on a beach, they saw a humpback whale, they saw a bear, they saw rocks and sand. I will be getting pix and a whale video if I can get it loaded....
Tomorrow....Steph goes back to college, until then she is all mine....
