The running stitch, simple, but able to take large leaps in a single area. This pointy area was up to the challenge.
This added bit of silk needed gathering, below, then couching, then french knots to really show off.
The piece on the right is still loose enough to get messed with later. {pic above and below} I basted and tacked down the other pieces of fabric just to get rid of the pins but not to glue them down because they still need to be....
