I made 'woven' leaves. That was a lot of fun! I did them on a separate piece of fabric and appliqued that to the block.
I think I will add some beads too.....And now for the picture I warned you about.....The Armed Cat.

Today is Summer Solstice, longest day of the year for us. I love it!!! And it's Fathers Day! Happy Fathers Day to all those Dads I know.
The sun is shining today here in the Puget Sound, at least in my part, which is all that really matters to me. Right?

ReplyDeleteThe ball of fur ... are you quite sure that's a cat? I've seen something which looked similar to that, but it wasn't a cat. It was a pile of "Texas Mouse Pelts", aka rabbit skins, at a schlocky tourist trap.
Not to imply that your cat is a Texas Mouse Pelt, but perhaps he/she plays one on TV?
