Meet Riley Jayne

This is the baby Ashley has to carry around all day at school, this whole week. I have been 'babysitting' Riley here at home while Ashley is at work.

At one point in the life of this doll, her left eye fell out...well the glass part at least. We finally painted the orb....looks positively awful! So after scaring a few people at school, Ashley made a cardboard eye patch for Riley.


And it's held on with a rubberband.


And duct tape.


I can't wait until Stephanie has to carry this same doll around in her senior year!!

I gave the doll a kiss earlier.....Steph said, in the teenager-is-disgusted-tone-of-voice, "Mom......you don't have to kiss the doll"
