Todays Sewing Was...
One more block, making it 5 so far, for the quilt Steph wants to go with her current colors, in her room. Took 2 + hours so I got to thinking of different ways to set say 6 blocks and lots of borders. The pattern is from www.quilterscache.com and called New Star and is Paper Pieced, my favorite piecing method, although I have done a lot of applique lately.

How about on point, with lots of large solid blocks in between? Are you going for bed quilt, or wall hanging?
